Noticed a drought in posts to the mail list today after enabling Sender
Policy Framework on my mail server. Research revealed that lists.sourceforge.net posts the following SPF record: lists.sourceforge.net text = "v=spf1 mx -all" With the two MX defined as: mail.sourceforge.net internet address = 66.35.250.206 externalmx-1.sourceforge.net internet address = 12.152.184.25 Yet, the list traffic is actually originating from: sc8-sf-sshgate.sourceforge.net 66.35.250.220 Which obviously returns an SPF "fail" result to any mail servers so configured. Could the list owner please forward this info to Sourceforge folks who can make the necessary adjustments to their DNS SPF record? Thanks!
