Snort datbase and logs

Hi,

Just wondering, when a port scan occurs and is logged by Snort, does
it log the source IP address of the scan the destination IP and the
port number to which the scan was aimed at?

For example, a port scan atempt on port 80 at IP ###.###.###.### from
***.***.***.***
