Forgot to mention,

Here's my quick fix:

UPDATE flags SET number = (FIN*1 + SYN*2 + RST*4 + PSH*8 + ACK*16 +
URG*32 + RES2*64 + RES1*128);

Then the associated numbers actually match the descriptions.
