Monitoring disk usage percentage on Windows

TO : ALL

Hello

I would like to monitor following statistics on Windows XP.
1. CPU usage (percentage)
2. Disk usage (percentage)
3. Memory usage (percentage)

However, there seems to be any tokens which corresponds
to these criteria when I see "snmp -H" command.
( It seems to be possible on linux )

Could someone give me an advice with this ?

How to use "cacti" in japanese.

The point is 2.
1. "net-snmp is only get stat on any OS(including Windows)."
common MIB is too old,It works everywhere. Most feature was build from
original-mib and snmpAgent.
We need site like mozilla extension.
2. monitoring(some duration) and presentation(percentage) feature
was deliver from snmp-tools like "cacti" and "MRTG".

Thank you for the reply.

I am not planning to use cacti.
I am planning to access the windows server using nagios plugin.

The nagios plugin is "check_snmp". This uses the snmpp get command to
access to the agent.

Could you please educate me how to gather following information by
adding the module?
