usm

hi,
can u please how to debug this error.i hav cloned a user name dave from
the existing user kusuma.Now i am trying to assign newpassword to dave
and i am getting the error authorization failed.
something like this..

root@kusuma:/usr/local/share# snmpusm -v 3 -u dave -n "" -l authpriv -a
MD5 -A my-password -x DES -X my-password localhost passwd my-password
new-password
Error in packet.
Reason: authorizationError (access denied to that object)
