I'm not worried about the name limitation. My concern is that on one server
the processes (randomly) are detected as not running. This is for processes
such as crond, sshd, sendmail, etc. I don't seem to have this issue on any
other server with identical builds. I'm trying to look at the
sh_count_procs function to understand what could be occurring.
