trying to set the rttMonScheduleAdminRttStartTime to a value of one to take
the rttmon resource out of pending operational state but get errors,
what is the proper syntax. I know the instance does exist.


# snmpset -c xxxxx -v 2c -m ./CISCO-RTTMON-MIB.txt 1.1.1.1
rttMonScheduleAdminRttStartTime.1111 = "0,00:00:01.00"
rttMonScheduleAdminRttStartTime.1111: Bad value notation (0,00:00:01.00)
# snmpset -c xxxxx -v 2c -m ./CISCO-RTTMON-MIB.txt 1.1.1.1
rttMonScheduleAdminRttStartTime.1111 t "0,00:00:01.00"
rttMonScheduleAdminRttStartTime.1111: Bad value notation (0,00:00:01.00)
# snmpset -c xxxxx -v 2c -m ./CISCO-RTTMON-MIB.txt 1.1.1.1
