__lxstat on net-snmp-5.4 solaris with suncc as well as gcc

I am getting undefined symbol __lxstat on net-snmp-5.4 solaris with
suncc as well as gcc.

I saw on a linux system, it was in /lib/libc.so

but not able to find it on my solaris10 system.

I have gcc 3.4.3 on solaris 10 and latest sun compiler
