Hello there
I'm pretty new to SNMP, so don't kill me please if this question is not smart enough. The idea is to execute a perl script from local machine on the remote one (with snmpwalk). Is there any way in which remote host could check the IP of the local machine ? it should work sth like this: local machine: 1. snmpwalk [some parameters] remote machine: 1. check IP address of the machine which initialazed the script 2. execute the script I've been googling for 3 days, and have absolutely no idea how to do this. Any help will be appreciated Thanks -- zeol |
