Hi,
Recently, I had an opportunity to configure Net-SNMP (v5.4 and 5.3.1) to use the monitor directives and originate mteTriggerRising and mteTriggerFalling notifications. The delta threshold events worked well for Counter32-based, but not so much for Counter64-based monitored objects. The behavior exhibited with Counter64-based monitored objects is that once a threshold event triggers, then the threshold triggers never more. Does the Net-SNMP implementation of the disman event and expression mibs precludes the use of Counter64-based monitored objects for some reason?
