These are just the MIB *files* which aren't relevant here (see the FAQ for details).

Asking Dave's question differently:

1) What exactly is your sub-agent registering and how?
2) What's the output of "net-snmp-config --snmpd-module-list" and how exactly
(i.e. with which command-line options) are you starting the master agent?
