I got errors while building net-snmp-5.3.0.1-1.src.rpm=20

Installing with:
rpm -i net-snmp.5.3.0.1-1.src.rpm
(get warnings: user hardaker does not exist - using root)

rpmbuild -ba /usr/src/packages/SPEC/net-snmp.spec

After that, no file was build

Processing files: net-snmp-5.3.0.1-1
error: File not found: /tmp/net-snmp-root/usr/share/snmp
error: File not found: /tmp/net-snmp-root/usr/bin
error: File not found: /tmp/net-snmp-root/usr/sbin
error: File not found by global: /tmp/net-snmp-root/usr/share/man/man1/*
error: File not found by global:
/tmp/net-snmp-root/usr/share/man/man3/[^A-Z]*
error: File not found by global: /tmp/net-snmp-root/usr/share/man/man5/*

Processing net-snmp-devel produces the same error output

On other Linux machine i got the same output and no one files was build.
Running on Suse 9.3
