Default RHEL-4 net-snmp distribution

Hi,

I downloaded the RHEL-4 rpm and tried to install it on a RHEL
distribution. Now when I try to start net-snmp it complains about
librpm-4.3.so missing. I ran update -u so the system is up-to-date so I
wonder how to proceeed?
