Default NetSnmp on SuSe 10: sending trap

Hi all,
I was trying to send trap from linux machine SuSe 10 when I reach a
size of my monitored file.
But when I pass the size, on my Snmp Trap receive I don't see nothing.
If I kill the snmp process and then restart it I see on the browser of
Snmp Trap receive I see the trap that my agent reboot... So the
comunication from the Agent and the Master Agent should live!!
Any suggestion ??
Thanks
Fabrizio
