In case the master agent is not multi-threaded (SNMP request listening
is blocked while sending traps), and I would like to make it
multi-threaded; it kind of depends of the thread-safeness of the
relevant MIB modules for sending V3 traps, and thus the question:
=20
Are the following net-snmp MIB implementations thread-safe?
- snmpTargetMIB
- snmpNotificationMIB
- snmpUsmMIB
- snmpVacmMIB
=20
Thanks,
Erez.

Hey,
=20
1) Is the master agent multi-threaded?
a) Does it have different threads listening to SNMP requests, SNMP
traps, AgentX...
b) does it have a different thread for sending traps (So the
listening for SNMP requests is not blocked)
=20
Thanks,
Erez.
