or inclination to offer private, unpaid, SNMP consultancy.
In fact, I currently ignore such direct responses until the
next day (minimum), so you're fortunate that the University
is about to close for Christmas. Always keep discussions on
the list, where others can both learn and offer advice. ]

Yes.
See the 'snmpd.conf(5)' man page (look for the "disk" directive)
and the FAQ entry:
