Secondly, it doesn't calculate the hrProcessorLoad value correctly, and either returns a dummy value (based on the load average) or nothing at all. On a Unix-based system, the usual advice is to monitor the UCD-SNMP-MIB::laTable (for the Unix 1, 5 and 15 minute load averages). I'm not sure whether this works under Windows, but it's worth a look.
