I don't think it's possible to assign an arbitrary OPAQUE value
via snmpset. It supports the Net-SNMP-specific opaque-based
special types, but not an arbitrary opaque value.

You'd need to write code to handle this yourself, using the
'snmp_pdu_add_variable()' call directly.
