Default No /etc/snmp in el4

I installed the binaries for el4 and am attempting to configure the
snmpd daemon but there is no /etc/snmp directory. Actually, there is no
snmpd.conf in the filesystem anywhere.

I download the binary rpm for el4 and installed via rpm.

version is net-snmp-5.2.1.2-2.el4

What am I missing?

I was able to install on fc2 without any problems at all.

Rusty
