Default AES problem

I there,

I'm using cygwin and the OpenSSL libraries I have are 0.9.7 and 0.9.8
During ./configure time there was a message saying "aes.......ok", but
now when i try to use snmpget ..........-x AES -X...... I get an error
saying that AES is not known, only DES.
When i try to use snmpconf i get the same.

Can you help me? I need to use AES on my get/set queries.

Thanks and regards.
