------=_NextPart_000_0000_01C57F3F.BAE98320 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Dear all, I have a RHEL 4 box which I want to monitor using Solarwinds Orion. When first I installed RHEL I had Net-snmp version 5.1.2 with which I wasn't able to monitor the box as snmpd used to not to respond. When I contacted Solarwinds support they advised me to down-grade to Net-snmp 5.0.9. So, I installed the version they recommended. Fortunately, now I am able to monitor CPU, MEMORY, Network cards, but I can't monitor either my hard disk or swap. When I checked snmpd log file I found the following error: ********************************************** No page line in /proc/stat No swap line in /proc/stat ********************************************** I tried to use JFFNMS but still having facing the same problem with hard disk and swap Can anybody please advice?! Best regards Ahamino ------=_NextPart_000_0000_01C57F3F.BAE98320 Content-Type: text/html; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <html xmlns:v=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" = xmlns:o=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" = xmlns:w=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" = xmlns=3D"http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40"> <head> <meta http-equiv=3DContent-Type content=3D"text/html; = charset=3Dus-ascii"> <meta name=3DGenerator content=3D"Microsoft Word 11 (filtered medium)"> <style> <!-- /* Style Definitions */ p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {margin:0in; margin-bottom:.0001pt; text-align:right; direction:rtl; unicode-bidi:embed; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman";} a:link, span.MsoHyperlink {color:blue; text-decoration:underline;} a:visited, span.MsoHyperlinkFollowed {color:purple; text-decoration:underline;} span.EmailStyle17 {mso-style-type:personal-compose; font-family:Arial; color:windowtext;} @page Section1 {size:595.3pt 841.9pt; margin:1.0in 1.25in 1.0in 1.25in;} div.Section1 {page:Section1;} --> </style> <!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <o:shapedefaults v:ext=3D"edit" spidmax=3D"1026" /> </xml><![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <o:shapelayout v:ext=3D"edit"> <o:idmap v:ext=3D"edit" data=3D"1" /> </o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--> </head> <body lang=3DEN-US link=3Dblue vlink=3Dpurple> <div class=3DSection1 dir=3DRTL> <p class=3DMsoNormal dir=3DLTR = style=3D'text-align:left;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi: embed'><font size=3D2 face=3DArial><span = style=3D'font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>Dear all,<o:p></o:p></span></font></p> <p class=3DMsoNormal dir=3DLTR = style=3D'text-align:left;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi: embed'><font size=3D2 face=3DArial><span = style=3D'font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'><o:p> </o:p></span></fo= nt></p> <p class=3DMsoNormal dir=3DLTR = style=3D'text-align:left;direction:ltr;unicode-bidi: embed'><font size=3D2 face=3DArial><span = style=3D'font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>I have a RHEL 4 box which I want to monitor using Solarwinds Orion.
