rebuilded net-snmp-5.2.1-1.win32 with OpenSSL

Hello,

Can someone can help me to get rebuilded net-snmp-5.2.1 for Win32 with
OpenSSL v0.9.7f? (something like net-snmp-5.2.1-1-openssl.win32.exe)

I have installed Win32OpenSSL-v0.9.7f.exe, rebuilded successfully
sources from net-snmp-5.2.1.tar.gz with authentication and encryption
(OpenSSL) under Cygwin but I need to have snmpd.exe with service
support (-register, -unregister, ...).

I know that compilation in MSVC++ can do this but it's something I
personally want to avoid because of my skills.
