Default setting sysDescr on UCD-SNMP 4.2.6


hardcoding the sysDescr on the snmpd.conf file doesn't work.. using the =
override function also doesn't work 'coz i have a lower version of =
snmp.. any thoughts?

btw, where does sysDescr gets its default value? mine seems to take the =
output of `uname -a`
