It's a bit difficult to make sense of this cascade of output,
but the first thing I notice, is that it's trying to manipulate
private OIDs that are nothing to do with the Net-SNMP agent
(and not mentioned in your config file).

In particular, this seems to be a Cisco OID.
Where did the poller program come from, and what is it meant to do?
Are you sure it's not intended for monitoring Cisco routers?
