Question about Windows version of SNMPTRAP.EXE

I've noticed that when I used SNMPTRAP from the command line that the
port used to send the trap message is UDP 161 and not UDP 162. How can
I change the behavior of the command line tool so that it uses UDP 162
as this is what my trap receiver expects.
