I am pretty new to the SNMP so my answer is under limitation,
The definition of the oid is: <typedef u_char oid;> so there is a limitation at it's content so the value can not be done

is there is any way to give the mac address in OID

..1.3.6.1.4.1.28663.4.99.16.1.1.2.0016CFE08701 instead of the decimal values of mac address .
