Is 'prer' a typo for 'prep'? If so, then I wouldn't think that would work, as
the agent has already selected a row. If you happened to remove the row it
selected, bad things would probably happen.

If you have to read the data from another process and it must be current to
satisfy each request, don't use the cache helper.
