Yes - they have explicitly removed AgentX support from the agent.
That explains why it's not working.

That's actually quite an old version now.
It might be worth picking up a newer release - perhaps from the
Net-SNMP web site.
That should have AgentX support included as standard.

Otherwise you're looking at nagging the OpenWRT people to amend their
configuration, or compiling things yourself from source.
