question about mib2c

I need some clues about wahat happen, First on one PC
I install 5.3.0.1 and compile the package, I ran mib2c
on one table of my private MIB and obtain:

the following files:
xxx.c/.h
xxx_data_access.c/.h
xxx_data_get.c/.h
xxx_data_set.c/.h
xxx_enums.h
xxx_interface.c/.h

and two readme files:
xxx-README-FIRST.txt
xxx-README-xxx.txt

now on a second PC (at home) I ran mib2c on the same
table but now I obtain:

the following files:
xxx.c/.h
xxx_access.c/.h
xxx_checkfns.c/.h
xxx_checkfns_local.c/.h
xxx_columns.h
xxx_enums.h

and no readme file.

I remember that a lot of questions about the container
and other internal data control was ask in the first
case but not in the second case.

If someone had any clue to help me solve this problem.
