Going for the easy way, heh? ;-)

Even then, I think we should introduce a separate --disable-snmptrapd
and have --disable-agent *imply* --disable-snmptrapd (with a warning
output) until the dependencies allow for something else.

BTW, (*if* this'd be the preferred solution) in what branches would this
go into? Please note that there are open bugs (#1006415, #908571) on it.
