5.1.x "make test" failures

-Coders,

it may be just me (and I apologize if that's the case), but I'm now
getting "make test" failures for 5.1.x (on Linux/x86) that I didn't get
this morning:

32:testing Proxy GET support...FAIL
33:testing Proxy SET support...FAIL

It looks like one of the tests before (#30?) has left an agent running
on :7676 that didn't terminate. I can fully reproduce this.

Anyone else seeing this? Please double-check before the upcoming release.
