How , implement the ATM-MIB.txt in net-snmp-x.x.x package

dear koders !! ..........
I"m trying to implement the
ATM-MIB.txt , then import and register taht to
net-snmp-5.2.1 (in linux suse 9.2 ) for my
research.......... but i have some problems ...
where can i find atm.c that work with my requests...
or it help me to simulate and extend my codes..
