5.2.1 make test fails

I recently moved net-snmp-5.2.1 to "stable" for our x86 users but just noticed
that make test fails:

We haven't recieved any major bug reports for this version since it's release
but I wanted to check with you guys first to make sure.

Are these tests failing because the code they test is broken or because the
tests themselves are broken?
