How to provide delay between duplicate traps?

Hi ,

I need to provide delays between the reporting of duplicate traps. Is
this possible?. If yes, can we use the snmpd.conf file to configure
certain parameters to support this functionality. What are other
alternatives to support this feature. Thanks in advance
