Samba 3.0.28a port 135

Hi
I use Samba on linux (Ubuntu 8.04) ...
and after upgrade (from ubuntu 7.10) ... I can't connect to samba
from win98 client

something with IPC$ :/

today I notice -> Samba (3.0.28a) doesn't listening on port 135
Is this is normal ???
