Hi,
I do mount an samba share with cifs. I copy an large tar.gz file (892 Mbyte) from local to the mounted dir. result: the copied file is corrupt gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--format violated tar: Unexpected EOF in archive tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now If I make an diff between local and mounted share it tells me binary is different. I tried again cp the file and same result. Iam using debian etch on both machines (one is i386, the other arm) libsmbclient 3.0.24-6etch10 How can this happened and how I can prevent this? best regards Thomas -- To unsubscribe from this list go to the following URL and read the instructions: https://lists.samba.org/mailman/listinfo/samba |
