[Samba] obtaining SWAT

I've been reading and reading about implementing samba the correct way
and it seems I should be using the web tool, SWAT.

Can someone post a link to where I might find it (pref for RHEL5 in
rpm), as the samba.org site isn't very clear on where it may be obtained.
