Because the problem angle has changed to the file system and kernel I/O, an=
d=20
just to provide aditional info, I'll show you our mount options:

lvmp -> (reiserfs) usrquota,grpquota,acl,user_xattr=20
lvgroups -> (reiserfs) grpquota,acl,user_xattr=20
lvhomes -> (reiserfs) usrquota,acl,user_xattr=20

We were using "noatime" option too, but now is disable, and nothing has=20
changed.

Note that it is connected to an external storage (EVA 5000) with qla2312 fi=
ber=20
channel. The qla2xxx module is being loaded with the following options:

options qla2xxx qlport_down_retry=3D30 ql2xfailover=3D1 ql2xloginretrycount=
=3D30=20
ql2xlbType=3D0=20

Hope this could be useful to give us a clue!
