[Samba] Has anybody used the mysql passdb backend in samba 3-beta1 ?

Any hints for compiling with mysql passdb backend.

I set MYSQL_CONFIG to /usr/local/mysql/bin/mysql_config
have tried with run configure with --with-mysql-prefix=/usr/local/mysql
--with-expsam=mysql

The result in config.log was
configure:28942: checking how to build pdb_mysql
configure:28971: result: not
