rsync copying changing characters

can you one tell me why this is happening?

i am copying www.charteragency.de to http://air-charter-travel.com


but if you see both, the air-charter-travel is having some extra
characters there.. instead of original.. anyone know why this is
happening?? it is actually changing the characters


i am using below command to copy..
rsync -avz -e ssh /www/virthosts/charteragency.de
firstrank.com:/www/virthosts/travel


any idea?
