I have solved the problem I was having of my rrd files being mostly NaNs.
I was doing updates every 5 minutes and logging each one. The data looked fine and there were no errors. When I did a fetch or graph it came out mostly NaN with a few runs of real data occasionally. This was fixed by moving the rrd files from an NFS mount to a local partition. Anyone have a guess as to how NFS could cause this? Thanks, Matthew M.
