[rrd-users] Tutorial to getting data,

Hi!

where can i found a "howto for dummies" style documentation in the data
get, and data put procedures?

since my previous question not generate a solution, i try make the data
transfer my rrd-s. I read the docs from the rrd homepage, and search in
the net, but the docs expect more knowledge as my.
