Not bad. Clean, simple layout, clear statement of purpose. I didn't
try to register, so not sure how the php/mysql code works, but it looks
good.

But I'm a techie, so almost any design I didn't do looks good :-). For
more reviews, I'd recommend you try alt.www.webmaster and/or
alt.html.critique.
