Default [OT] Re: limiting transferred data using curl

You're doing nothing other than spamming comp.lang.php.

If you feel the need to make off-topic comments, put [OT] in the subject like the previous poster already
told you to do, so that the rest of us can skip this junk. It's basic netiquette.

Take it to a more appropriate forum please.

It's considered in bad taste to announce your kill file updates.
Not to mention, it's a waste of bandwidth and not related to PHP.

If you keep injecting spam into comp.lang.php and you won't find many people
willing to engage you here.

Everyone uses "[OT]". That's one of the first things you should've leared when you joined Usenet.

You can ignore the thread, assuming you know how (obviously you don't).

I'm not seeking for anyone to help me - I _am_ one of the guys who spend
their time here with helping other people without getting anything back.
With such a stupid posting style you're just wasting our time. Unless
you can contribute something useful to the group, you should keep your
damn mouth shut.

It seems to me that Google is becoming the second AOL - almost only
idiots there. Thanks to you both for proving that it's obviously no loss
to completely ignore gmail.com postings (with just very few exceptions).

What you don't understand is that every community has its rules, which
are required to actually make it a community that works. Maybe you
should check out some group targeted at new users first.

Jerry is a key contributor to this newsgroup and his
posts are filled with valuable insights.

However, his contribution to this thread is spam and
goes against comp.lang.php's charter.

You're capable of a lot better, Jerry.

Why should everyone be forced to ignore your spam messages? Don't post
off-topic junk in the first place.

Insulting everyone who uses Google won't make you any friends here.

You missed the whole point. You are expected to follow the same rules as everyone else. Don't post off-topic
material and use [OT] when it's absolutely necessary.

If you continue to post spam, you'll be branded a spammer.
