Default recommendations for a freeware FAQ module?

Hi,

We are using PHP 4.4.4. Although it may be simple to write for some,
does anyone have any recommendations for a php-based FAQ manager?
Definitely interested in any experiences you've had.

Thanks, - Dave

About time for an upgrade. PHP 4 is dead.

What is a FAQ manager? Or in other words: What do you expect this thing
to do? What are the requirements?

I can't recommend anything in this case, I'm just curious to know what
such a manager is supposed to do. For me a FAQ is either a static page
or a simple XML- or DB-based thing with some scripting to print it out.
