FreeProxy/FreeWeb windows platform for php

FreeProxy/FreeWeb is a combined proxy and web server. Its been around for a
few years now and has had over 500,000 downloads. As the name suggests its
freeware. The latest version of FreeWeb has an ISAPI interface. I have
successfully tested the php module with phpBB and Squirrel Mail.

Its a simple to install but powerful platform to run and test php programs.
In addition to the php, FreeProxy has many advanced features including
authentication (NTLM, digest, BASIC), ban lists, advanced filtering, windows
domain groups, SOCKs 4/4a/5, FTP, TCP tunnelling, demand dialing, access
using calendar control, caching, comprehensive and configurable logging.

FreeWeb is ideal as a small footprint development environment on windows and
as a very fast production server. Runs in the background as a service on all
current windows platforms 98/Me/2000/2003/XP.
