Default PHPLive

When trying to install phplive on my server, I received an error of:
"Please give 'web' directory READ/WRITE permission by the broswer.
(chmod o+rw web). The 'web' direcotry is located in your root PHP
Live! install location." I have given these permissions to this
folder and am still getting this error. Any assistance anyone can
give would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion and I have checked those over and they all
seem to have the right permissions. If you have any other suggestions
they would be appreciated.
Thanks a lot

Who's the owner? It needs to be the Apache process.
