REQ: PHP Photo Gallery Script

I need a php photo gallery script that will allow me to categorise photos to
directories/sections, post captions for each photo and allow users to
comment on individual photos. If there is one anyone can recommend it will
greatly be appreciated. I am willing to pay but freeware is preferable.

I use Gallery <http://gallery.sourceforge.net/>. For an example of it in
