PHP hosting that supports streaming media? Cheap?

I need a host that supports PHP and the usual (MySQL) stuff, PLUS
streaming audio.

Wait a minute... Does streaming audio require a special server? I
guess that answer depends on what kind of streaming audio. I don't
know, so I'm asking. Do I need a special server?

It's kinda hard to find the answers via Google. Plenty of cheap and
free PHP hosts, but I really need to have streaming audio, and don't
seem to find whether it's supported by hosts, and don't even know
if anything's special required.

Anybody know of any? Can recommend?

What do you mean by streaming audio? If you need to broadcast live,
continous audio, then yes, you need a streaming server. If you're talking
about just 4, 5 minute long audio files, then your standard web server will
do.

If you *need* to serve streaming media, then you can justify the business
case for paying for it...
