Default Parse .html,.css for php using cpanel?

Is there something that I can do from cpanel so that php will parse not only
..php files, but also files with .html and .css extensions?

Add these to an .htaccess file in the associated directory:

AddType application/x-httpd-php .css
AddType application/x-httpd-php .html
